Privacy Notice

Time Software PRO, Cyprus, is the data controller for musicden.app ("MusicDen"). This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect and why

• Account data — name, email and profile photo from Google sign-in, to create and run your account (contract).
• Your library — audio files, covers, track details, playlists and lyrics you add, to provide the service (contract).
• Studio data — the separated tracks, chords and melody created from your audio, and a history of your Studio runs (start, stop, retries, errors), visible only to you (contract).
• Assistant data — your Assistant conversation (one per account, stored on our servers), and the text of web pages the Assistant reads for you, which is sent to our AI provider to answer you (contract).
• Cloud browser data — the sites you open in the cloud browser and, if you choose Remember, a saved sign-in profile for that site. We never store your site passwords. Sites you allowed the Assistant to use are remembered only in your browser (contract).
• Usage counts — how many lyrics, syncs, splits and imports you used, to apply plan limits (contract).
• Purchase status — your plan and renewal date, to unlock Premium (contract).
• Technical data — IP address, device and usage logs, for security, fraud prevention and fixing problems (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to answer you (legitimate interests).

Guest mode keeps your music only on your device; we don't receive it. Your search history is stored only in your browser on this device.

Who we share data with

• Service providers: hosting and storage; AI processing for lyrics recognition, voice sync and the Assistant; a cloud browser service that runs the sites you open in the cloud browser; an audio-separation service that processes the track you choose to split in Studio (results are copied to your private storage); public lyrics databases, which receive only a track's title, artist and length.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscription management, payments, tax and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
• Authorities, where required by law.

Some providers process data outside the EEA; we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active. Tracks in the Bin are removed after 30 days. Your Assistant conversation and saved sign-ins are kept until you clear or forget them or close your account. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised; purchase records are kept as the law requires.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

Security and storage

Data is encrypted in transit, and private files are accessible only to your account. MusicDen uses browser storage only for sign-in, settings and offline playback — no advertising cookies.
