Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to musicden.app ("MusicDen"), a personal music player operated by Time Software PRO, Cyprus ("we", "us"). You are contracting with Time Software PRO. By using MusicDen you agree to these terms.

The service

MusicDen lets you import, organise and play your own audio files, save audio you have the right to use from pages you open, such as free and Creative Commons music sites, convert formats, find, recognise and sync lyrics, and split tracks in Studio into separate instruments (vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano and other) with chords, melody and karaoke. MusicDen Premium is an optional paid plan, offered monthly, yearly or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

Your account

You must be of legal age or have permission from a guardian. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate.

Acceptable use

Your content

You keep all rights to the audio you upload. The same rules apply to music you save from web pages: save only what you own or what is free to download. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts after rights-holder complaints sent to TimeSoftwarepro@gmail.com; repeated infringement leads to termination.

AI features

Lyrics recognition, voice sync and Studio splits are automated and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use the results.

MusicDen Assistant

MusicDen Assistant is an AI chat, available with Premium, that can play and organise your music, make playlists, search the web and, with your permission, read and act on pages you open in the cloud browser. Its answers and actions may be inaccurate, so check important results. Actions that use a paid quota and moving tracks to the Bin happen only after you tap Confirm. You are responsible for your messages, for how you use the answers, and for having the rights to music the Assistant saves for you. Do not use it for illegal content, harassment, malware, attempts to bypass its safeguards or site protections, or to enter passwords or payment details on sites. We may filter or refuse requests, remove content and suspend access for misuse. Premium includes 100 Assistant messages per month; extra message packs can be bought.

Studio and usage limits

Studio splits are processed by a shared audio service, so a split may wait in a queue before it starts. Waiting in the queue or stopping a split before it is accepted does not use a split; restarting a split you already paid for does not use another one. The free plan includes 3 splits, 3 AI lyrics, 3 voice syncs, 3 format conversions and 1 GB of cloud storage. Premium includes 10 splits, 40 AI lyrics, 40 voice syncs and 40 saves from free music sites per month, unlimited conversion and 40 GB of cloud storage. Unused monthly quotas do not carry over. Premium subscribers can also buy one-time packs of extra splits, AI lyrics, voice syncs or saves from free music sites; pack credits never expire and are used only after the monthly quota while Premium is active. Extra cloud storage (+50 GB) is a separate monthly subscription.

Intellectual property

We own MusicDen, its software, design and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices exclude tax, which is added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; see our Refund Policy.

Changes to plans and prices

We may change prices, plan contents, monthly quotas and packs. We will notify you of any price change to an active subscription at least 14 days in advance by email or in the app; the new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then. Periods you have already paid for, Lifetime purchases and pack credits you have already bought are not taken away: quota changes apply to Lifetime from the next month, and bought pack credits are kept. By continuing to use MusicDen after a change takes effect, you accept it.

Service level and liability

MusicDen is provided "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance, and without implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where the law does not allow such limits.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You may stop using MusicDen at any time; cloud files of closed accounts are deleted.
